I jumped on the bandwagon and tried the sneaker trend. Honestly, it felt good to take a break from wearing heels. The whole outfit is so comfy (yet chic); I'm thinking of wearing something like it every day.

Sometimes, photos don't come out perfect and that's just how I like them. My face looks awkward in most of my photos; but hopefully, I'm learning. Anyway, I tried something new–a choker. It's not the usual choker though; it's a piece of fabric that I wrapped around my neck to create that choker effect. As a person who prefers (and needs) an open neckline, I balanced out a wrapped neck with a deep v-neckline.
I'm wearing the same cape top I wore in this post.
Since last summer, the off-the-shoulder trend has been everyone’s favorite, including mine. As a result, I have worn different off-the-shoulder pieces in many ways. The outfits shown above have already been published individually on this blog but I just thought it would be neat to put them together, in case you are looking for ideas and inspirations. As with all of my looks, balance and coordination (in terms of fabrics, colors, prints/patterns, accessories, etc) play the main parts when it comes to styling.

Two looks, same combo. I was browsing through Instagram photos one day, and I got inspired by all the denim + espadrilles outfits. I realized I kept these shoes for a long time and it was time to put them to good use. Summer is the best time to use espadrilles; When the rain comes (soon), I would have to keep them again.
